Kitchen Detox Preparation

Time to clean out those cupboards and kitchen crannies! I am excited to work with you on this detox process. Below are a few questions to help you better prepare for our appointment together (feel free to write or type out your answers or just ponder them). This information gives me a point of reference before we start this detoxing process and helps me understand your goals for our work together.

    1. What foods/drinks do I purchase every week?
    2. Do I make 2/3 of my meals at home each day? If not, why not?
    3. In regard to my eating habits, what is my go-to:
      • Breakfast
      • Lunch
      • Dinner
      • Snack
      • Drink

Lastly, mindfully glance through your cupboards, refrigerator, and freezer, and recognize which foods/drinks could be added and which ones could be substituted for improved health.
